If you wish to receive personalised advice, you should provide us with as much information as possible about your personal situation so we can tailor our recommendations accordingly.

Fees, Expenses & Remuneration

Exclusive Insurance Services Limited is primarily remunerated through commission or brokerage paid by insurers when policies are placed. This is usually a percentage of your annual premium (typically between 5% and 25%, depending on the class of insurance).

In some cases, we may charge a fee for our services. If a fee applies, we will advise you in advance and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

You are welcome to request further details about the nature and level of commission or fees that apply to your specific policy at any time.

We manage potential conflicts of interest by prioritising our duty to act in your interests. If a material conflict arises that may affect our advice, we will disclose it to you. Our advisers are required to put your interests ahead of their own when providing personalised advice.
